ON-SITE

We offer a comprehensive service for desktops and laptops. There is no call out fee or additional charges. You only pay a fixed rate for the engineer’s time and our No-Fix No-Fee policy applies.

COLLECT & RETURN

Diagnostics can take a long time to complete so it can be more cost effective if we fix the problem on the test bench. We collect your PC for testing/repair then return it at a time to suit you.

REMOTE

During these challenging times it may be more desirable to perform repairs remotely. If your computer can connect to the Internet we can fix the majority of software issues without a visit.

N0-FIX N0-FEE

If our engineer does not possess the ability or knowledge to provide a solution there will be no charge made to you. This policy does not apply where there is no repair to effect.
